1. All necessary equipment
is supplied .
2. Each team member must be in uniform ie matching
shirts.
3. All matches are played in accordance with Penrith
Indoor Sports rules and regulations.
4. Penrith Indoor Sports reserves the right to
dismiss or ban any player(s) or team(s) from any
competition.
5. If your team forfeits a competition game your
game payment must still be paid in full. If the
Centre cannot schedule a game for the team you
forfeited against, then your team will have to pay
their game fee aswell.
6. All players will need to complete an individual
player registration form, which needs to be returned
with full payment prior to the commencement of
their first competition game.
By signing this form, the captain and vice captain
are only nominating a team to play in a competition
organised and hosted by Penrith Indoor Sports &
Recreation. If the team is accepted, all players
must register before their first game. All
registered players are responsible and obligated to
the team's participation, commitment, behaviour and
finances. It is in the best interest of all
registered players to have read and understood the
Indoor Centre's general policies, forfeit
rules/penalties, team payments/debts, and the
Centre's debt recovery process. By signing an
individual player registration form, every player
becomes bound to the team(s) nominated on that form
for the duration of the competition. Every
registered player in the team can/will be held
liable for any outstanding team debts, penalties and
fines. For the purpose of this form, the captain and
vice-captain are only nominating themselves as the
first point of call for their sport co-ordinator,
they are not the sole liabilities of the team. |
